We ship with USPS priority delivery unless you choose expedited service, like UPS overnight or 2nd day services. If you want to send your package with UPS Ground, please call us for a quote at 877-989-4104. If you wish to ship a package to either an international address, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories, we can give you a quote on costs. HOLIDAY 2020 SHIPPING ALERT: the deadline for guaranteed christmas arrival is to ship no later than december 15th. after that date, expedited shipping is a must.

Multiple Ship To Addresses

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.4375% is added to all orders shipped to New Mexico addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside New Mexico.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

International Orders
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to APO addresses, but hope to offer this service soon.
Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from us telling you we received your order. If you receive duplicate confirmations with different order numbers (without placing duplicate orders), please call our customer service toll-free 877-989-4104.

We love to wrap presents! There is nothing we cannot wrap! And we all know it's the little things that count (even when you're sending large quantities). If you'd like, we'll send each of your gifts in our signature metallic Waves print tied with a grosgrain ribbon, and print your message on our custom designed gift cards. We can also group your gifts in gift baskets that we have chosen to fit with our Japanese inspired products. Call us for help, or select the "gift wrap" option during the purchase process.
